Our 30-Day Return WindowWe want you and your baby to absolutely love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items for a refund of the purchase price.
Hygiene & Safety RequirementsBecause we specialize in baby items that go directly in little mouths (like silicone TV remote teethers, orthodontic pacifiers, and feeding sets), baby safety is our absolute, non-negotiable priority.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on teethers, pacifiers, or feeding items that have been opened or used.
How to Return Your Item
Email us at store@bottomsupbabyboutique.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
Once approved, we will provide you with our return mailing address. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the unused item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If an item ever arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can make it right and send a replacement right away!
